We do not use first conversations to advance specific transactions. Where a subsequent conversation reaches the point that specific engagement becomes appropriate, it proceeds through the ordinary institutional channels — counsel, bankers where relevant, non-disclosure agreements, and the disciplined process that transactions of any scale require.
