The Interest Alliance operates across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with U.S. presence in development. We engage with partners, prospective co-investors, management teams, and advisors on the intellectual substance of the thesis. Inquiries at the category level are welcome; specific transactions are not discussed until the appropriate stage.

First conversations are exploratory and category-level. We do not use them to advance specific transactions. If a subsequent conversation reaches a point where specific engagement becomes appropriate, that engagement proceeds through the ordinary institutional channels — counsel, bankers where relevant, non-disclosure agreements, and the disciplined process that transactions of any scale require.
